This Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Lesson is on the theme of breathing.

This one is very powerful for unravelling blocks to better lung function. And it is surprisingly gentle, though unexpectedly deep.
When i first did this one myself, about 3 years ago, the extra oxygen made all the colours brighter and my vision more vivid. I felt a kind of quiet elation. Then when i got home I had a big releasing cry and a surprisingly long, lovely sleep.
Good for general wellness. Also great for anyone wanting to improve lung capacity post COVID or improve lung function for better oxygenation of everything.
There is a recording of another complimentary breathing lesson here. These can be done in any order, but i would advise, not back to back. Have a proper rest between them.
