If we can't feel how we are being, we cant choose to be different. It all begins with awareness.
Somatic coaching is about enquiring into the bodies wisdom to guide us towards what we want. It is also about noticing where blocks are and using tools to resolve them.
This may be learning to notice what we are doing in our bodies that no longer serve us, like postural or emotional habits. Or it may be about choices we are making in life that we'd like to do differently on more broad subjects, like money, relationships, or creativity.
Either way, we are learning to make choices that are more appropriate, intelligent and more aligned with what we want to create.

What is Somatic Education?
Soma is the lived experience - the felt sense - of being in a body.
Somatics is the study or practice of Soma.
Somatic education re-educates us away from objectification culture and towards a lived experience of integration and wholeness.
It is good medicine for our species.
