Feldenkrais at Home - A wonderful lesson for ankle stability, stability through the legs and for balance generally.
As someone with a history of ankles that supernate (roll outwards) this one has been a useful go to over the years and really supported me to heal that pattern.

You will need a mat, a blanket and comfortable clothes you can move in.
This is a good one to keep to hand and revisit.
