This session is all about your butt.
Well, our butt muscles are the bulkiest area of muscle mass we posses. How we use them influences the stability of our knees, ankles, how our feet relate to the floor, how we engage our psoas, lumbar spine and connection right through our vertical axis.
This one helped me discover and heal a dissociation pattern that I'd learnt as a child in ballet - clenching my butt cheeks whilst hyperextending and armouring my sternum. A pattern which has wreaked havoc later in life. It was a relief after this exploration, to remember the connection right through the upper and lower parts of me and then through the ground.
Also a very good one for knee and ankle stability issues.
