Feldenkrais At Home: The Feet!

Took Oscar De La Meurte’s leg off so I could do some experiments over breakfast.
Husband: What are you doing my darling?
Me: Geeking out about feet.
Husband: I thought you were going to call your mother.
Me: Oh yeah, that’s right... I got a bit distracted.
Husband: Everything ok?
Me: Yeah... I’m a just bit shocked by how much mobility there actually is here - in the medial cuneiform. See? Here! It’s a surprise, you know? You wouldn’t think to feel it from the outside...
And the tuberosity here - kind of mirrors the greater trochanter somehow.
And this incredibly delicate little bone in the smallest toe. Essential but so miniscule!
Our feet are so complex...
