Remembering Baby Rolling - Recording of Class 20th July 2020 (FAH)
Feldenkrais at Home: Remembering Baby Rolling
Recorded: 20th July 2020
By Student Teacher of Awareness Through Movement Rachel Blackman.
In this class we explore some of the earliest primal movements we made when we were very tiny little ones.
Rolling is one of the first ways we work out how to creatively negotiate our relationship with gravity. How is it to revisit this movement as adults? To slow right down and notice every detail.
This one is beneficial on lots of levels.
Very soothing, quietening and delicious for the nervous system. You'll feel soft and lovely afterwards.
You'll need a mat with a blanket on top and space around it for moving. No need to watch the video for these. You can simply follow my voice and look at the screen if you need visual cues.
You will need about 400MB of available space on your device.
File may take some time to download, so be patient.
Enjoy!
