The thirteenth in the Embodied Enquiry Series of live online somatic education classes.
A group somatic coaching experience exploring how we might make being on camera more potent and sustainable from an embodied perspective.
How do we make the best of the huge amount of screen and camera time we are all expecting of ourselves these days?
How do we maintain a sense of intimacy with our audience, without exhausting ourselves?
How do we nurture privacy and an inner life whilst being on display so much?
How do we free ourselves from self-consciousness when we are having to look at images of ourselves way more than is healthy?
I will introduce some easy to learn actor training tools to make our usage more effective and less exhausting, and we will explore how we might apply these learnings to our lives.
