The eleventh in the Embodied Enquiry Series of live online somatic education classes.
In this session, inspired by the absence of human physical connection, we will be exploring being sustainable on the levels of connection that are available to us now: plants, animals, planet earth, sea, sky, food, faces, self.
The living, dynamic, playful, resourceful natural world has never in my lifetime burst so abundantly forth in our absence.
What somatic tools can we use to generate oxytocin, sensuality and a positive connected feeling, even though we are seeing a whole lot less of each other.
