What, in how you are being, is no longer sustainable?
In this session we will look at your existing stories around 'hard work' and 'effort' and explore what feels healthy and what is no longer working for you.
We will explore processes for bringing the self to quiet, then look at where rest practices might be useful, how and where you can set up small oases of quiet time and recovery in your daily life, to make it all a bit more sane and sustainable.
Participants were asked to bring a pillow and a duvet if they wanted. Snuggle up, lounge or lay somewhere comfy.
