In this class we explore your inner vision, using your imagination as a bio-intelligent resource.
A good lesson for refreshing your sight and refining your insight.
You'll need a mat with a blanket on top and space around it for moving. No need to watch the video for these, you can simply follow my voice (note this recording is of me talking only, you cannot see the other students in the class).
