Touch is one of our core languages of connection and is essential to a well regulated nervous system, yet is is also the sensory language we are perhaps least educated in. How do we find our way back to an experience of touch that includes the ability to listen in, be with and honour wholeness?
This workshop seeks to redress that imbalance through centring touch as a primary language via experience-based, embodied learning.
For people working with touch professionally or people who are curious to introduce elements of contact into their coaching or therapy practices.
Price includes the weekend workshop, plus a follow up online group coaching session on Saturday morning the 22nd October 2022. It also includes a free one-to-one somatic coaching session with either Mairtin or Rachel, to further embed your learning.
All together valued at £480,
Regular price is £350 - with concession places available.
