Where you place your attention - that is what you are cultivating. Whether you mean to or not.
Attention is a generative act. So why not cultivate how we are applying it?
It is natural in an emergency to focus on the issue and go into problem solving mode.
However some of us are living our lives in problem solving mode all the time.
There are many other ways of offering our attention consciously..
This workshop is about exploring those fertile and generative alternatives.
FELDI - How might we choose to follow ease and enjoyment instead of focusing on problems and obstacles?
COACHING - Bring something you'd like to give attention to - something you'd like to do more of / spend more time with / develop your relationship to. Taking the metaphor of following ease off the mat and into practice.
CREATIVE PRACTICE - Making space for giving attention where we long to place it.

Monthly Medicine Circles -
Embodied explorations for interweaving Imagination, Spirit and Big Body
Each workshop consists of a group somatic coaching process, an on theme Feldenkrais Lesson (or relevant somatic movement exploration) and a creative practice... not always in that order. There will be time for sharing and for you to bring your living enquiries to the workshop - like a laboratory.
Fourth Thursday of the month; 10am - 12.30pm (sometimes 10am - 1.00pm) (UK time)
