Embodied explorations for interweaving Imagination, Spirit and Big Body.
Each workshop consists of a group somatic coaching process, an on-theme Feldenkrais Lesson (or relevant somatic movement exploration) and a creative practice... not always in that order. There will be time for sharing and for you to bring your living enquiries to the workshop - like a laboratory.
Everyone who purchases the workshop will receive the audio recording, minus the sharings, within a week of the live workshop.
