FELDI - Your brilliant, neuro-plastic brain! - how adaptation is deeply woven into our bio-mechanics and species knowing. A simple lesson for revealing this principle experientially.
COACHING PART 2 - Actor training tools for identifying these different embodied states and beginning to work with them as tools rather than simply being states that 'happen' to us.
CREATIVE PRACTICE - becoming the consciousness of another - and returning to yourself afterwards.

Medicine Circles -
Embodied explorations for interweaving Imagination, Spirit and Big Body
Each workshop consists of a group somatic coaching process, an on-theme Feldenkrais Lesson (or relevant somatic movement exploration) and a creative practice... not always in that order. There will be time for sharing and for you to bring your living enquiries to the workshop - like a laboratory.
